Returns Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product packaging is unopened and unused

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened supplement containers
• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Clearance or promotional items

Return Request Timeline

Customers must report return or damage issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Exchange Policy
